The wine undergoes a meticulous aging process, during which each grape variety is harvested and vinified separately to achieve perfect ripeness. The must is macerated with the skins to retain maximum fragrance, and fermentation is interrupted at an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 8% to maintain a high level of natural residual sugar.
